A 20% non refundable deposit is due at the start of any project, to cover prep, initial dyeing etc. Customers are then welcome to pay either in installments over the course of the work, or pay the remaining balance in full when the piece is finished and ready to ship.
Invoices issued are either standard (payable by bank transfer) or via PayPal (which includes PayPal fees). Customers may also choose to pay through PayPal friends & family.

All handwovens have been washed and are ready to wear when shipped. Remember that these pieces are handwoven, and may have their own unique touches such as knots, uneven edges, skipped threads, bobbin changes and more. They are not considered flaws, but instead are normal imperfections in a one-of-a-kind piece created by hand.
